The quantity water_flux_out_of_sea_water is the quantity with standard name water_flux_into_sea_water multiplied by -1. "Water" means water in all phases. The water flux out of sea water is the freshwater leaving as a result of precipitation, evaporation, river outflow, sea-ice and any water flux relaxation(s) and correction(s) that may have been applied.
