turbulent_mixing_length_of_sea_water

"Turbulent mixing length" is used in models to describe the average distance over which a fluid parcel can travel while retaining properties that allow the parcel to be distinguished from its immediate environonment. "Turbulent mixing" means chaotic fluctuations of the fluid flow.
